      High turnover and micromanagement overshadow semi-flexible schedule

      Pros

      Currently only in office 1 day a week (increasing to 3x a week in Q4 of 2026)

      Cons

      High turnover, limited/poor training, micromanaging down to the hour every day. Documentation is often wrong or outdated. Burnout is high. You're punished for working quickly. Friends of management are promoted first. Career progression is slow/non existent.
