Pros

Get to work with limited supervision. Get to take care of the customers without management breathing down my back.

Cons

Wrong people in the wrong roles in a few instances which causes departmental problems.

Good coworkers, management doesn't breath down your neck as long as you get your work done, tools and resources provided, 401k match, stock ownership program

Cons

Salary is less than ideal, stingy with raises, promised training never happens, service support sometimes lacking
