While the schedule offers flexibility and remote working arrangements are excellent, there seems to be a lack of a well-defined plan on certain occasions.

Cons

If you don't have any family or long-term connections within the company, you might not receive favorable treatment. A company that primarily consists of friends and family members is unlikely to have long-term sustainability.

Get to work with limited supervision. Get to take care of the customers without management breathing down my back.

Cons

Wrong people in the wrong roles in a few instances which causes departmental problems.
