Lack of accountability and transparency.

Management is so unaware of what they are doing. They did layoffs last year and August, then did a massive layoff to their home team in December right before Christmas, and are laying off more people this month. There are always promises that they are acquiring new deals and they preach about being profitable but they aren’t. They just brought over some other employees while getting ready to lay off more of their own. Do not take the risk. Communication is also horrible. You never know what is happening at the top even though they preach transparency.

Lack of consistency and structure. Operates like a start up and has constant changes. Communication and transparency is lacking. Lots of layoffs and overnight changes. Work / life balance is lacking and you feel bad for using pto. Health insurance could be better.

Disorganized leadership. Conflicting priorities. Lack of communication. Zero transparency. COO that struggles at admitting mistakes but will point yours out every time.
