Pros
The software company I worked for was developing Desktop software for the National Jurisdiction Network. My role is; -To make the installation of this software seamless on all customer devices, and to provide user-oriented training on how to use the program. -To answer every question that will come during the demo use completely and clearly. -In case of a program-related error, interfering with the code and ensuring the error is corrected. -Ensuring that the whole process ends with sales. -Integrating the updates in the National Judicial Network into the desktop application and developing znew medulla.
Cons
The lack of a colleague with the competence to mentor in the office was a factor that limited my professional development. In addition, activities involving educational support were prevented throughout my career. I could not find opportunities to improve myself.
