Pros
Company tries hard to maintain its inclusive culture. Benefits are good but there is a little room for improvement. Work/Life balance is great. Current Senior leadership is good at startup and run processes.
Cons
Leadership has great experience with startups but little experience with run and grow. Seasoned leadership with solid growth experience is sorely needed. Salaries are on par for the Gainesville area but are not competitive in the industry.

- Competitive benefits and salary for Gainesville standards. - The culture is cool and fits with downtown Gainesville. - Most of the time there is a great work/live balance.
Cons
- Development process is not well defined and there is severe lack of collaboration between design, product, and dev teams. - Management puts way too much emphasis on velocity as a performance metric. - Lack of trust from management.
