I recently joined the company and have been impressed by the warm and professional atmosphere. My manager has been incredibly welcoming, making the transition smooth and enjoyable. The team is collaborative and supportive as well.

Tons of opportunities to contribute to growth and get involved. Company is actively trying to change the culture and way of working. Overall benefit package is good. HR supports employees well despite headwinds from employee complaints.

Cons

Pay could be better for the effort level. Lots of OT, which is good for those who get paid OT, bad for those that do not. Work life balance can be tough.
