- Leaders are lousy decision-makers. - Extreme bureaucratic team culture - Women with good looks and body favored by top bosses over hard-working employees - Tremendous artificial internal work pressure and politics. Annual suicides of some employees and nervous breakdowns are common in Siemens. They proudly flaunt that only the fittest or chauvinistic character survive here.
