Pros
The job is easy enough and for the most part my co workers were awesome. They somewhat willing to work with you about time off but only somewhat.
Cons
Pay is low and not much of a team environment. There is a lot of favoritism shown at least in the accounting department. No room for growth at all. Raises are minimal and none based on performance.
