Pros

Great mission oriented organization with wonderful people. Love the focus and content.

Cons

No real cons. Changes in leadership have changed the culture but that always happens with new leadership. A little less mission oriented these days perhaps but still a very solid organization.

Pros

SEPA has great benefits, a great mission, and a leadership team that seems invested in creating a good environment for all. There is also a lot of growth opportunities now which was not the case a couple of years ago. The DEIJ work stands out as it has really improved our culture.

Cons

There is a lot of growth so bandwidth can be an issue at times but I suspect this will improve over time.
