I have been working with SmartERP for 8+ Years now, Have worked at almost all of their offices (Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pleasanton, CA USA) and based on overall observation I feel this is a nice company to work for and one of the best in the fields of PeopleSoft. Gives a good boost to the career as a fresher and gives more responsibility as you prove your talent with the no.of years of experience. Flexible work hours when in need of such situation. Management People listens to the issues and acts on it. One should have the zeal to grow and opportunities will be provided in abundance. Compensation is among one of the best in the market for the deserving candidates.

Cons

Reimbursement/travel kind of policies could have been better.
