You get to learn some pretty cool traits that you can take to another job

Cons

This company doesn't give a damn about their employees. They expect you to fix everything and make sure it looks good, but won't support financially. So they expect for you to use your money to buy materials and fix it yourself which I'm ok fixing anything but when it has to come out of my pocket....yea no!! I worked and busted my butt off but if they saw one little thing that was out of place or not working, they would raise hell on you which is retarded. On top of that the benefits for this company sucked and are way over priced. Just for me and my wife and daughter I had to pay 450 every check so honestly I wasn't really taking much home.
