Pros

They teach you ideas and concepts that schools do not teach, but what you need in order to work in this industry. In addition, the people who work in HR are amazing people

Cons

They could use a few more benefits (which in all fairness has improved over the years)

Lots of pros: relaxed work environment where everyone’s voice is heard, Strong supportive, innovative leadership team in place that is truly passionate about its mission of hiring a diverse under represented talent pipeline and helping them shine in the field. Employee Trainers are senior industry professionals that are passionate about coaching/ mentoring and is top notch! Competitive Compensation & Great benefits! Love helping get passionate candidates into the field and seeing them grow professionally!

Cons

Because of the continual growth there have been lots of moving parts and pivoting since starting making it tough to build momentum!
