Pros

The work place environment is very positive across all departments. The company is Socially responsible and a second chance employer, and employees and management deeply care about the work and the social mission. Across departments the team is incredibly responsive, helpful, and excited to assist colleagues and clients. Management is invested in the growth of the company and the success of individual employees and regularly puts together cohesive growth plans.

Cons

Work life balance is challenging at times, but completely in line with what one would expect in a high level sales role.
