Pros

Gave me training in iOS and placed me in 4th month after joining. My training was a thorough, 3-month training program with expert teachers and mentoring from some of our Sr. iOS Developers who have real enterprise experience which helped me a lot.

Cons

Company should improve system for weekly reports and time sheets!

Software Merchant provides good training for the latest technologies. The company also helps you to improve your communication skills which are important for your job. Management has a good relationship with top IT companies and Financial companies. They always try their best to find good opportunities for consultants and always provide support.

Cons

More PTO days needed for the new employee.
