Pros

- Very good culture - Very strong strong team - Closest I've seen to true work-life balance - Great clients

Cons

- Was unfortunately laid off due to low bottom line, but no fault to the company. Still an extremely great team to work with and recommend everyone take an opportunity with this team.

Pros

People here are Amazing! The schedules are flexible. And there is plenty of company holidays! Everyone take the week of Christmas off!

Cons

The pay isn't as high as I would like it to be. There is no end of the year bonus like in my previous company.
