JIRA absolutely rules this place. Long-term projects are extremely hard to pull off without getting management breathing down your neck, because you're not putting in enough story points this sprint. There is a ton of churn on the management level, causing a lot of volatility and rapid reorganization of teams. Once a AGILE/SCRUM master manager comes in, run for the hills. They will have no idea how to manage such a team, nor provide any guidance beyond a ChatGPT-generated PIP.
