Good Projects on Mobile Platform
Cons
Incompetent Managers and No Technical Expertise in Mobile Platform and Enterprise Cloud Applications. Too much of firefighting by development team as there is no Technical Document and Scope of Development is not covered. Seniors IT Managers instead of guiding the team put blame on the team of not completing the work on time. Lack of expertise in Current Technology by Managers & Tech Leads.

Most of the projects start from scratch so its great place if one wants to work in many modules

Most of the managers does not know how to manage clients and in turn life of developers become hell

- free pass for emids employees even if u fail/ perform below par compared to other rejected candidates. - facilities guys would get ur lunch box from your car & keep it back, match stick/s if u r smoking on the terrace, beverages at your convenience.
Cons
- Name a malpractice when it comes to money (variable component/ policies, invoice processing, hiring) & they have it. - Ego clashes, politics & group-ism between old timers & new joiners (@ all levels). U don't belong to a gang, u get violated. - Project/ program managers & their managers are from outdated manual testing background making the life of a techie painful & frustrating.

Average payscale is the only benefit I can see here

Can't even think about work life balance. Higher level management consider employees as slaves and make sure that they work for atleast 13 hours a day. All the environments here are a mess and as a developer you have to stabilize everything everytime and your work will get delayed, and they will scold you like anything. Managers wont hear any suggestions/complaints, they want only fhe output, Employees have to struggle like anything for that. Think twice before joining. I am witnessing atleast 2 farewell parties every week here!!

This is my second review, my first one which was a year ago where i did rate this company a 5 on 5 stars. Things are different now -free snacks,cool drinks and fruits.
Cons
- No room for learning - Most managers and higher level people are clueless on what to do - No good projects to work on - No proper transportation facility or cafeteria facility - No Employee satisfaction thanks to bad managers
