Pros
Multiple opportunitys to grow within the organization, a good work environment created by the work teams within the college. A multitude of trained team members all dedicated to helping our customers achieve their dreams. Honestly the best group of co-workers that I have had the opportunity to work with in over 20 years.
Cons
Often times different departments or segments of the college do not recognize what other groups are doing. This is especially an issue for those programs operated off the main campus.

Independence. Professional environment. Academic freedom and integrity. Opportunities for positive interaction. Current administration is very positive and supportive. Organization is focused on continual improvement.
Cons
Little opportunity for advancement. Work is sometimes isolated. Time demands can be considerable. Past administrations made some poor choices which affected morale.
