Great working environment, loved my coworkers and manager! Always smells very nice and you get to try products and treatments. Peaceful environment and opening/closing duties are enjoyable

Cons

If you don't like laundry, you might not like that part but it's not a big deal, this is a great place!

It's hard to listen to the same music but it's a franchise so it it what it is.

Pros

As many have mentioned I do make a good amount of high dollar tips and the hourly rate is by commission. Even when you have a guest that doesn't show up, they still pay you for your time. Which is amazing. A lot of cool staff, cool backgrounds.

Cons

Sometimes the last minute bookings can put a Damper on the day. If you think you're gonna have the day off for more time to lazy around the house, but the money is still makes up for it.
