Flexible schedule, uncapped commission, plenty of growth opportunities. High and consistent performers are rewarded handsomely. Stock options, full benefits, 401k, etc.

Cons

Not quite a huge public company, so lots of adapting to do. Several abrupt changes to quota/expectations. Support level dependent on the type of manager in place.
