-Toxic Environment -Distrustful coworkers -Manipulative and Cold coworkers -Entrenched bullies get staff members fired -Management lacks character- AP is king of "double Speak" -AP incapable of providing logical or useful feedback -refuse to use staff members' skillsets -Bullying -Pretend to want change, then refuse to -HR is fake -too many cons to list all of them

Diverse student body, small town school feel

Cons

Very low wages, and benefits are laughable. Your family will need to be on Medical Assistance if you work here. Staff lacks diversity, COLD staff members that refuse to trust anyone, poor communication, APs have pathetic management skills. Overall toxic environment
