1. Excellent work culture, Work life Balance and a lot of emphasis on learning development with great guidance of Spry info team and have great potential to achieve their goal. 2. Very friendly environment as well as Best learning experience for any fresh mind to excel in world of corporate field. 3. The company invest a lot to keep the employee engagement high, need to focus on the quality of hires.

Cons

1. As i feel no direct clients interaction as they are working under layers so closure is also a point some times its little difficult.

Pros

I am working since 1 and half year and i don't see any difficulties because they had very Good clients on different domains.

Cons

Yes they hold salary of 2 months but they pay every month on net 60 days and initially who are joining they will be seeing some difficulties
