Pros

Steward is a fabulous place to work. I felt fully supported by administration and for a part time position they were very generous with my salary. I was trusted to make professional decisions and to execute them without question. I have never worked anywhere where I was respected as a professional as much. Although I was only part time, I was quickly accepted into this family-like environment.

Cons

No cons for my position, however I would like to see the pay scale for full time teachers increased.
