Regarding your other feedback, Stewart bases starting salary on sales experience. The 35k you mention is for those new to sales. The stellar sales training that is provided will show you how to leverage your commission plan by focusing on all aspects of the business - not just sell copiers. Base salaries have been doubled or better in year 1 and we can put you in touch with those who have been there and done that so they can show you how. To make territories equitable, we use several data points, including current customer base, annual revenue associated with said customer, market opportunities and competitive and historical data to determine quota. I must differ with you on the 401k - a match of 75% on the first 6% is a great way to prepare for your retirement. I hope you're taking full advantage of that, as well as the ways to offset the high deductible health plan. We have incentives that add to your Health Savings Account or give a payroll credit.
