Fantastic culture, driven team, excellent leadership, truly dedicated to their clients. I have incredibly fond memories of working at Summit. Highly recommend for both clients and future employees.

Strong benefits package. Opportunities to progress internally Exposure to big clients to develop a strong catalogue of experience. Great office atmosphere (very friendly)

Cons

Salaries less competitive compared to similar agencies based in Leeds and other bigger cities. Hard to replace senior members of staff with people of similar experience.
