Pros

Organized, decent clients, enough work to go around (most of the time), fun colleagues

Cons

Upper management are all friends and family. The whole office will be let go before anyone on the top tier despite there being plenty of reasons to remove some of the managers.

Unqualified and Unprofessional Leadership

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

Benefits and work from home opportunities available.

Cons

Environment is very toxic. Management’s pompous attitude trickles down to everyone else. There is a lot more competence exhibited by people beneath those in the Team Lead roles. Not sure if nepotism is a factor, but it’s possible. Perhaps it depends which department you are in. Coworkers are too concerned with retaliation to speak up. Management speaks negatively about the clients and their own teams for eight hours a day, as well as bringing details of their personal lives into work and speaking down on that. It is just a job so come in and keep your head down; you will be fine. Unprofessional leadership with poor organization and direction is at the forefront of their issues, but if you can stomach it, the hours are reasonable as well as the compensation. Low morale. Nobody is happy. Take the good with the bad. Certain departments are better than others.
