Pros

Summit is led by leaders who are highly driven and have assembled an inner core team of very capable & dedicated people to work with and learn from. They are out to do the right thing for patients, employees, and other stakeholders. And the company is poised to develop a very promising agent that can have a major impact. Also, the same high energy from highest management that can be a challenge when it leans toward anxiety can be gratifying when it's effusively positive.

Cons

Leadership can impart stress about things not moving fast enough to those actually executing the work, particularly problematic when demands to go faster are limited by externalities. Highest level leadership appears to be a small, pre-existing circle, limiting ability to share perspectives from those outside of it. So fast-paced that it can be frenetic.
