Sure Steel is a great place as we get to be a part of some awesome projects. There is a lot of opportunity for growth as the company has seen tremendous growth over the last few years. It is nice to work for a company that truly rewards ones hard work and sacrifices. The team environment is real and most employees are always willing to help out one another.

Cons

One of the hardest areas of working at Sure Steel can be work life balance. This is somewhat common within the industry and not just within Sure Steel. It really takes some effort to make sure you aren't losing that work life balance as projects and workload can become overwhelming at times.
