      Pros

      I learned a ton here, that helped with the job but also personal life (i.e taxes, payroll).

      Cons

      Year end if very busy, the time taken off and on the phones is micromanaged.

      Pros

      I met 2 wonderful people in training.

      Cons

      They lied in my interview about the benefits. It is NOT a 5% match on 401K and that doesn't start for a year. The micromanaging is ridiculous. The training is awful. The supervisors are not helpful or simply don't know processes. OT expectations during busy season are ridiculous.
