Pros

Work life balance is good. Benefits are good. Stable company it seems like.

Cons

Competition is eating up ground and Surescripts is slow to adapt. Career advancement opportunities seem tied to how well the upper management likes you, not the overall candidate and qualifications.

Pros

Cool tech, great work/life balance, lots of smart people. Upper management on the tech side of things (NTO) really care about their employees.

Cons

Career progression is dependent on age, less than great raises.

Pros

Good culture here. Upper management has made great strides in improving the culture and the general vibe is positive. Every office feels a little different but everyone seems to like what they are doing. Pay is very competitive with other places.

Cons

Not necessarily a "Con" but there is always something important that needs to be done so this can potentially impact work-life balance. Parking is not free but that is par for the course in downtown Minneapolis.

Pros

Person to person interactions are positive. Upper management is approachable and leans toward relationships and maintaining trust. There is always something to learn and opportunity to help others.

Cons

Office geography driving who works with who. The weight of reliability and security make vision, innovation, efficiency and effectiveness optional.

The TPG takeover was the downfall of Surescripts

Pros

Great coworkers (but good luck to those who remain). Good pay. Fully remote. Your work feels like you are making a difference in Healthcare.

Cons

Frank Harvey is just OK, previous CEO was better and more caring. Was taken over by TPG and since then the company has done multiple rounds of layoffs. Way too much work to do in a lifetime, the firings don't help. Decisions were made by upper management that makes no sense and we a had to scramble to complete it. Direction and processes change too frequently to keep up.
