The leadership in this department is terrible. They focus on continuous improvement; however, fail to address the current management and the role they play in the high turnover rate. Management thrives on drama. They play favorites, ostracize subordinates and go out of their way to work harder than necessary. Management is absolutely abusive, and relies heavily on gaslighting those they manage. I loved my job, I loved the people I worked with and those I supported. The management was the ONLY reason I left. I decided I would rather be unemployed in a poor economic climate than work here for even one more day.

If you are there to do your job and focus on your job and not get into all the socialization than move on this organization is not for you, if you want to work here and get along here you better get used to going to all the annoying holiday and family functions. And if you dont fit a mold than forget it because you can not have any tattoos showing any abnormal hair color or style or anything that would make you stand out in any way shape or form and if your not willing to drink the kool aide you will be let go.
