Pros
The work and work environment are pretty good, with core work in almost all areas of the database product development being done from India office. The work is challenging. Many products of the company are developed from India center.
Cons
The salary paid to the employees is average at best and the other benefits in the company are poor. The management doesn't take this aspect seriously enough and are not quick enough to correct the situation, due to which there is high attrition of late.
