Pros

Working at ST has been an incredibly rewarding experience. One of the standout aspects of this company is the people – they are not just colleagues; they are like family. From day one, I've been surrounded by individuals who are passionate, dedicated, and genuinely care about the work they do. The collaborative atmosphere fosters creativity and innovation, making every day exciting and fulfilling. The flexibility to work from home has been a game-changer for me. It allows me to better balance my professional responsibilities with my personal life, ultimately leading to increased productivity and job satisfaction. The company's emphasis on work/life balance is evident in its policies and practices, which prioritize employee well-being. I really like that the company is small-medium size which means I get to work on a variety of projects and have significant influence in decision making.

Cons

. Different time zones can be challenging sometimes but most people are very thoughtful about the time they book meetings. . Medical benefits in the US has not as good as the company I was at prior but they are still competitive for a company of this size.
