Potential blockbuster drug, strong pipeline for new indications, good pay and benefits.

Cons

I would suggest staying far away from this company. Management does not care about employee satisfaction, and the G&A functions in particular are a mess. Everyone knows that the company will likely be a buyout target once the big approval comes in, so many employees are waiting it out but are very unhappy. Decisions are made that seem to not make any sense (internal processes, employee recognition, etc.) It is easy to feel lost due to decision fatigue and being a remote only company, this does not benefit everyone depending on your function.

Toxic Culture

Company as a whole has great culture. Welcome package, training, etc

Cons

The company is going through a stressful time and some management are creating an extremely toxic work environment with a blame culture. People are scared to speak up and watching their back. People are leaving. Not a good time to join. Look again after the drugs are approved. There is only a work-work balance. Meetings all day, work starts after 5. Almost everyone work late nights.
