Pros

1. Fast paced and supportive: Things are constantly evolving, new tech stacks are being added. It could be overwhelming but instead, with the support and faith of team members, it becomes a fun challenge that adds great value to what could otherwise be a monotonous professional life. 2. Strong work-life balance; Manager ensure no meetings are scheduled after hours for anyone (which is a hurdle since many are in different time zones) and encourage you to take off as soon as your work day is over 3. Strong culture of transparency; No matter what news good or bad,employees are made aware and conversation are held to ensure everyone has a peace of mind. 4. Wins are celebrated openly, everyone involved is given a shout out. Really makes you feel seen! 5. Manager is extremely supportive, and professional growth is being highly encouraged. 6. Great benefits 7. Fully remote and they provide excellent hardware (and a VR headset!!!)

Cons

1. Very much a start-up trying to scale up so there's always a lot to do, a lot of fires to put out. Not bad necessarily but growing pains are definitely present.
