      Pros

      If you want to make lives better for people with disabilities, this is the place. TURN provides quality services for people in the state of Utah. The line TURNing dreams into reality is appropriate for type of work that is available.

      Cons

      Although TURN fights for higher reimbursement rates, they remain low. Therefore, although pay has been increased recently, it is still low for the profession in general.

      The individuals with intellectual disabilities and the employees at TURN are all incredible people to work with. Being able to be creative at my job and to make a difference.
