Pros

It is a company that values every member of the team as an impactful leader who is capable of achieving great things. No matter the ranking, everyone is treated with the same importance and respect. Our bosses not only value the employee's capabilities but also give importance to our character and how we improve as human beings. I absolutely love working at Talent War group since I make a positive impact with my work and we operate as a team to improve day-to-day.

Cons

The cons are very relative. It is a smaller company, so if you like to work at a company with more than 100 employees then you would probably choose somewhere else. However, if you do like to have a personal relationship with everyone, then you should have no issues.
