Great place to grow and learn. People stay long term and there seems to be good opportunities to move up. For the most part everyone has been highly capable and does good work. You get to see a highly impactful product which has very real time impact on people's lives.

Cons

The company has grown from a small to mid size company over the past several years and process, culture, knowledge evolution is a slow process to change. There is also a big change in company business as portfolio and markets expand which is great for future potential but comes with a tough learning curve for everyone to manage.
