Pros

The products were accepted by the market place Tandem stood behind them for the most part, time was fairly flexible and most people tried hard. Sometimes.

Cons

Ownership sent mixed messages, culture of keeping people in their place no recognition for a job well done, no advancement, people lost their jobs for random reasons, lots of in fighting within the organization, lots of animosity between production and sales. Little to no marketing most of it ineffectual.
