Great training and better pay, but high expectations

Pros

From someone who has worked at several tax relief firm, Taxrise has figured out the correct way to run this industry. They are constantly looking for ways to improve the customer and employee experience. The training here is what sets them apart. Every other tax relief company had me on the phone day 1, even with no experience. Pay has also been much better; Their system creates a easy flow for going through cases and reaching bonuses.

Cons

Excellence is the expectation. The standards are high to make sure we provide the best service to clients.

Pros

TaxRise has a great work culture. Environment is healthy. My colleagues are very welcoming and friendly but also ambitious and diligent. Every employee is valued here and taken care of. I would highly recommend TaxRise

Cons

No cons. I really like the culture, environment and values here as I think those are very important aspects of my work life. I love it here and I don't see/feel any cons.

The managements team is supportive, professional and respectful knowledgeable and genuinely value employee contributions, Expectations are fair. The work environment is collaborative and well organized which makes it easy to stay motivated and productive.
