      I feel like my voice is truly heard, even up to the executive level. I have made suggestions that were immediately implemented. The company is very transparent with bonuses and metrics. You know exactly where you stand as an individual, a clinic and a company. There are no dangling carrots to lure you to work harder then pull the reward for technicalities.

      Cons

      There are a lot of opportunities but a lot of metrics. It can sometimes be hectic to keep up with all of the variables.
