The Dream Job I Didn't Even Know Existed- Awesome People, Great Product, Incredible Work/Life Balance and Benefits

Pros

Teamwork is the kind of company I didn't think was out there. They offer incredible Healthcare, 6 weeks PTO, a hybrid, remote forward work environment, and top of the line onboarding. As someone who has only worked for corporations that emphasize profit over people, the work life balance is honestly life-changing. I'm inspired to work harder and help Teamwork succeed because we all are excited to show up to work most days.

Cons

Teamwork isn't a new company, but it's committed to building out the best systems possible. This means being prepared to accommodate last minute changes to workflow and the platform. Working across timezones is also a part of the role and company, however I wouldn't call either of these cons. No one is expected to work outside their hours and any changes are communicated as thoroughly as possible.
