      Pros

      I loved working at Techstra. Teamwork is a company value. Everyone is very supportive of one another and everyone pitches in when needed. The owners are good humans and are very generous. They make everyone feel valued.

      Cons

      We have grown a lot in the last few years and there have been a lot of changes, all in a good way.

      Pros

      I loved working with Techstra solutions. Its good company for long term to gain consulting and Cloud/automation experience. Good pay, remote work flexibility, and awesome benefits. Great leadership that really cares about employee's and their asks.

      Can't think of any, loved working with bunch of awesome people.

      Pros

      Overall Techstra has been a great place to work. Ambitious company and leadership focused on quality and growth. Very professional and treats its employees with respect and empathy. Positive "can do" attitude on challenging projects. Invests in its people and capabilities. Teammates are supportive and great to work with.

      Cons

      Honestly I can't pinpoint many cons from working here. My experience has been nothing but positive.
