Pros

I have worked for Tensley for 18 months. The company offers a small business environment, while also providing resources you might find at a larger company. The benefits are amazing and one of the best in our industry. The substantial hours of PTO on top of the 12% 401K gift is incredible. In addition, there are opportunities for substantial growth at Tensley as we have multiple Prime contracts, and several subcontracts. Not many small businesses can say they have won multiple prime contracts in a year. If you are looking for a great company with substantial opportunities, small business fell, and a fun/family friendly environment, then Tensley is the place for you!

Cons

Nothing I can think of.

Pros

Schedule was somewhat flexible if you needed to adjust.

Cons

Underpay. Poor management. It’s about who you know and not how good your work is.

Pros

While I haven't worked for Tensley Consulting for very long, I can definitely say that it's the best company I've worked for. The management staff are outstanding and have done a great job of making me feel like I'm more than just a number. While the company may be small, it's made impressive growth in just a few years, so it'd be cool to see how many more opportunities there will be in the future, especially with the current opportunities being impressive as it is.

Cons

Not really a con, just part of job growth: being that the company is based in Maryland and it's expanding, there aren't a lot of Tensley employees in Texas just yet. With that said, Tensley does a great job of checking in on me and making sure I have everything I need (and more). The CEO comes out periodically and treats us to good time, so that's really nice.
