Pros
It's a good opportunity to make an work experience in the US, if you take it for what it is: a consultant job where you're going to work menial tasks for a way lower salary than the direct employee. With a visa that ties you to the company,and no hope of getting out of it. If you are on board with all of this, then I guess it's a good opportunity.
Cons
No career growth, absolutely no interest whatsoever in the development of the employee, very low salaries, self absorbed managers who don't understand the US market and, last but not least, a visa that chain you to the company. If you are especially lucky, you won't be able to gain any meaningful skill and you'll have to find a creative way out of this job. Good luck.
