Pros

The only pros for me from this company were the fact that I started with a class of 8 from school and they all became great friends. My practice lead was also amazing person to work with / learn from. Outside of that I cannot think of anything.

Cons

- Not even remotely close to competitive pay - My two year raise was an absolute joke (didn't even get one after year 1) - If you get hired in the spring make sure you aren't getting paid less than your coworkers getting hired in the fall - Was promised Revenue Sharing after year 1 and worked 50+ hour weeks on a project for a year but never got my revenue sharing. - Forced to travel for majority of Covid while almost the entire rest of the company wasn't - Was making 1/3rd of the money as most of my senior consultants while doing majority of their work and all their meetings (Seniors on my project were clueless) - If you aren't pro Trump or love old school boys environment probably not the place for you

Biggest regret in my career

Pros

Easy hiring process; Terillium doesn't follow up on anything (on your resume) so almost anyone can get hired without trying too hard.

Cons

Refer to pros: almost anyone can get hired. I don't know if it's HR or if their potential pool of candidates is limited, but I know several of their employees say they have degrees on their resumes when they don't. It's very frustrating working with liars and people who pretend to be intelligent.

Stay as far away as possible

Pros

Some of the coworkers I met during my tenure at Terillium will remain friends of mine for many years to come. You form a bond with coworkers working in Consulting that is hard to describe, but you'd be better off to form that bond elsewhere.

Cons

Executive leadership who will remain unnamed were some of the most arrogant, vulgar, and conceded executives i've ever had the displeasure of working with. Culture is a frat-house with no regard for professional development. Pay is far below industry standard, and I wouldn't recommend accepting a position under any circumstance.
