      I feel encouraged and have had positive experiences from working with this team.

      Positions can sometimes move at a slower pace - occasional lag time in assignments.

      Pros

      Great leadership, experienced staff, great clients that have awesome opportunities ranging from entry level all the way to senior and C-Suite levels

      Cons

      I can't think of any cons at the moment. I have heard some colleagues talk about strict attendance policies but I always found that if I gave the team at The Choice proper notice at least a week in advance, they always did their best to work with my schedule.
