Pros

Very collaborative environment with decent pay, many opportunities to move up and learn more in your field, and good benefits.

Cons

Given the lab that I work in, my hours are sometimes unpredictable, the company also has a pretty high turnover rate, and my lab for many months has been over staffed which has made it hard to have a life outside of work.
