I have worked at a lot of big agencies in my time. At those agencies the culture may have seemed edgy and cool on the outside but in truth you end up being treated like a number instead of a person. Working at the Mx Group has been a breath of fresh air because I no longer feel like a number. In fact I feel that any situation or issue I have has been heard and if there are any problems those problems that arose from that issue they have been addressed in a timely manner. Senior leadership is approachable - managers listen to issues/concerns and everyone tries to find solutions to keep helping us move forward! I wanted to take a second to reflect on this as we have been growing a lot over the past few months and while growth and change is always tough, qualities like the ones we have at The Mx Group are hard to find just anywhere out there in the workforce.

The people are smart, trustworthy and great to work with. Leadership actively asks for and acts upon employee feedback. Work life balance is REAL here, and they treat people well. The President's open door policy is genuine and he is very approachable and willing to help with any issue. We have interesting clients and a really wide range of services and SMEs in house.
